A Hard Days Work

Well it turns out that spring break isn't much of a break at all! But that is not all bad. Today we laid about 415 bricks in the yard, and put down all the weed protecter fabric. Talk about being sore! I have the before and the 1/2 way pics for you. We still have to go tomorrow and get the mulch to fill the bricks, and more bricks to finish around the mailbox. Mady has track practice in the morning and piano practice in the afternoon, so who knows how much we will get finished tomorrow. Hopefully I will have some after pictures by tomorrow night, but if not then in a day or two. Until then I'm off to lala land.




Just a side note about the tarp over the box. Tonight it is going to freeze outside, so I am attempting to save the plants that I have out. I have blooms and strawberries already, and I would hate to loose them after all the work we have done. Wish me luck. The good news is that hopefully tonight will be the last freeze. The 10 day forcast has almost all days from here on out at above 50.
