It is finished!

Ok, so I know it has been a very long time since I have updated this blog. Well I think I have a decent excuse, but as of the 10th of August, that excuse is no longer valid. I completed my final class towards earning my Associates Degree in Accounting!

I am so excited and relieved and kinda blue too. It has been a bit anti climatic because graduation doesn't happen until April of next year. So I don't have any pictures to show. Now all of a sudden, I have a lot of time on my hands.

I do have a plan however. I am taking a small break and going to visit my parents for almost 3 weeks in September. I will be taking the rest of the year off. I have a list a mile long of projects that have been taking a back burner for too long that I need to get done around the house. One of the many projects on my to do list is to update the blog with many of the exciting things that have gone on over the last two years.

I plan to work tax season (January through April) again with the same company that I did my internship with last year. Graduation will be at the end of April. Mady will graduate the end of May and head off to college and I hope to start working on my bachelors degree just as soon as I get her situated. For now, I plan to catch up with old friends and put my house back in order. So if you want to get together for lunch and catch up, please call me!
